After working for other home improvement companies, I decided I could do a better job for my clients if I started my own company. So, in 2003, I established Home Appeal serving Akron, OH, and the surrounding counties. No longer do I have to rely on the bureaucracy of the big-box companies which often led to an unsatisfactory process for the homeowner.
